I hail from Northeast Iowa where I spent my formative years on a farm, which inspired most of my published stories. Leaving at 18, I pursued a graphic design career that evolved into successful stints as an art director and writer at renowned advertising firms, including Ogilvy & Mather and GSD&M.
After 30+ years crafting award-winning campaigns, me and my husband and kitties retired to Tucson, where I continue to write for a local ad agency, Dodier & Co. During my advertising career, I’ve worked on local, national, and international clients such as LandRover, John Deere, the US Air Force, Southwest Airlines, and more. I've also ghost-written several books for selected clients.
